Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager within Supply Chain Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives and change management for NELO and NextGen WMS projects. You will partner with site leadership and technical managers to ensure plan integration, governance, and successful execution.

The role requires strong business acumen, operational knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders. Travel around 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or similar field.
• 3+ years of program management experience with successful delivery.
• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods preferred, esp. logistics and distribution.

This Program Manager role is an important position within Supply Chain Operations, providingprogram management to enable cross-functional teams to unlock capabilities and drive value to Nordstrom. Thisrole focuses on supporting the change management strategy and execution of the NELO and NextGen WMSinitiatives, partnering with site leadership across program workstreams. The role requires the ability to movebetween strategic planning and tactical execution. The program manager uses business acumen, operationalknowledge, and effective communication skills through VP level to deliver solutions and capabilities, in partnershipwith technical program managers. The role partners closely with cross-functional internal teams and externalpartners to ensure initiatives are planned, integrated, governed, and executed using Nordstrom's established project
management standards.

A day in the life...

• Program Management: Develop program tracking to support delivery of program objectives and maintain program discipline. Create program updates for leadership review. Continuously improve and apply standardized project documentation to support implementations. Programs deliver value to Nordstrom and align with Supply Chain Operations (SCO) goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support timely delivery of project milestones. Provide regular updates to leadershipon progress and performance metrics. Identify, manage, and escalat
• Change Management: Lead the NELO and WMS change management strategy and execution. Develop communication plans for site teams, including managers and team members.
• Operational Collaboration: Support build, testing, training, change management, and other implementation workstreams for stability and scale. Participate in on-site implementation to help ensure business requirements, KPIs, and success measures are achieved, and that a framework exists to detect and track action. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address current operational issues and contribute to actionable strategies. Participate in integration meetings to confirm that operational workflow,business, and system requirements align to scope and objectives.
• Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Support WMS incident tracking and escalation with the WMS teamand Manhattan Associates. Support MHE incident tracking and escalation with DC Engineering, the WMSteam, and Manhattan Associates.
• Cross-functional Integration and KPI Management: Contribute to the development and monitoring ofcross-functional KPIs to support effective execution and performance of programs.
• This position may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

You own this if you have...

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, or a similar field
• 3+ years of program management experience, with demonstrated successful program delivery
• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods preferred, with a focus on logistics and distribution,fulfillment, manufacturing, or store operations, and an understanding of industry dynamics
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred, or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Experience contributing to large-scale program delivery, including software implementations, greenfield orbrownfield facility programs, or equipment and automation installation

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
