Target is seeking a Lead Program Manager in Minnesota to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational performance across supply chain and store networks. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities, define operating models, and deliver scalable capabilities with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs, strategic initiatives, or business transformation efforts.
• Operations experience in supply chain or stores is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategies and capability roadmaps to improve operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business areas.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and success metrics for programs.
