Job summary

Vallen's Program Manager Supply Chain Services leads the sales, operations, and profitability of major Supply Chain Solution customers. You will direct onsite associates and managers, develop logistics plans and budgets, and drive cost optimization while ensuring operational compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, strong leadership, and cross-department collaboration to achieve financial goals and successful customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of supply chain management or distribution experience.
• 5+ years of staff management with leadership responsibility.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships at executive level.
• Ability to compile routine reports and write correspondence.
• Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations staff and manage performance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet quality standards and cost objectives.
• Drive efficiency and service levels through KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Partner with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor team performance, report results, and implement improvements.
• Lead sales growth initiatives within portfolio sites and mentor leaders.
