Job summary

Vallen's Supply Chain Services Site Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating and refining supply chain operations, typically onsite at a customer location. Reporting to the Supply Chain Services Manager, this position aligns with inside sales and account management to deepen customer relationships and reinforce Vallen's value proposition.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in supply chain, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with responsibilities spanning daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role guiding teams and improving operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions functions to meet service standards and cost targets.
• Lead onsite teams, provide coaching, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account teams to align activities with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to drive satisfaction and value.
• Manage onsite inventory and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels and fill rates to identify improvements and savings.
