Job summary

Vallen's Program Manager Supply Chain Services oversees the sales, operations and profitability of several large supply chain solution customers. Directs the work of multiple onsite associates and/or managers in Supply Chain Services.

Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance ensuring customer needs are met within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in supply chain management.
• Deep understanding of vendor-managed inventory and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations staff; hire, coach, and discipline as needed.
• Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and department goals.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet high-quality standards and cost goals.
• Drive efficiencies through KPI monitoring and proactive customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and ensure on-time solutions.
• Analyze performance, report results, and drive continuous improvements.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets across assigned sites.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives using Vallen's Value Plus Program.
