Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of supply chain management experience.
• Strong vendor-managed inventory understanding and cost optimization.
• Experience leading a team and engaging with executive-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams, including hiring, coaching, and enforcing policies.
• Drive strategic planning, direction, and KPI management to meet service levels and profitability.
• Develop policies and procedures that align with goals and ensure high-quality, cost-efficient supply chain services.
• Lead process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using Vallen's Value Plus Program (VPP).
• Mentor site leaders, expand Vallen Exclusive Brands, and drive sales growth.
