Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Business Product Owner to optimize and lead supply chain systems worldwide. You will own the product backlog, write user stories, and collaborate with IT and logistics teams to deliver strategic improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
8+ years of relevant supply chain and product ownership experience.
Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation and global trade regulations.
Experience writing user stories and backlog management with development teams.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the Product Backlog: create, refine and prioritize backlog based on business value and ROI.
Define User Stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and PI planning.
Drive logistics, transportation & trade compliance strategy and collaboration with internal teams.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into costs and compliance.
Promote operational excellence and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across teams.
