Job summary
Zebra Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Business Product Owner to lead the strategic vision, design, and continuous improvement of supply chain systems. You will bridge business operations with IT, own the product backlog, and ensure solutions support Logistics, Transportation, and Trade Compliance goals.
Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, global trade regulations, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or IT-enabled business analysis.
- Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and global trade regulations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Backlog: prioritize items based on value and ROI.
- Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, PI planning.
- Draft and refine business processes; drive Lean Six Sigma improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics, trade compliance, and IT teams to deliver digital solutions.
