Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics at Cognizant. Translate business needs into product requirements, manage backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Agile methods.

The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in logistics, strong communication, and experience partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related tech roles.
• Strong Agile experience and SDLC understanding; ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs, define Epics, Features, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements and manage the backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and stakeholders.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Support planning, roadmaps, capacity forecasting, and release readiness.
