Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, IL seeks an experienced Agile Business Product Owner to lead the strategic vision and backlog for our global logistics and trade compliance initiatives. You will bridge business operations and IT, owning prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure outcomes align with our supply chain objectives.

The role requires deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, import/export, and regulatory compliance, plus strong Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and global trade regulations.
• Proven experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working closely with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Backlog: create, refine, and prioritize backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Define User Stories: translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile Ceremonies: participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.
• Acceptance & Validation: ensure completed user stories meet acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Roadmap Management: develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Act as the primary business voice for GTM platforms and ensure regulatory compliance across solution implementations.
• Drive dashboards and reporting for real-time transportation cost and delivery performance metrics.
