Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive the delivery of technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through Agile methods.

The ideal candidate has strong logistics domain knowledge, excellent communication, and experience working with stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis in logistics.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and writing user stories.
• Domain expertise in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs defining problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog and support planning/roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and UX/UI; participate in Agile ceremonies.
