Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Project Manager to design and implement process improvements across Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Delivery.

You will partner with leaders to align projects with business goals and drive cost efficiency in a global cruise operator. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with emphasis on process improvement and project management, plus strong analytical and communication skills to guide cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management with focus on process improvement and project management.
• Experience with supply chain transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvement projects aligned with SC goals.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define project scope and requirements.
• Develop standardized playbooks for Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Delivery.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to Supply Chain staff on new processes.
• Ensure tracking and compliance with SC policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics for improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
