Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a senior sourcing professional to lead strategic procurement across global categories for its brands. You will identify suppliers, develop category strategies and drive cost savings while improving quality and service.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and category management, with cruise industry experience a plus. Strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Cruise line or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify adequate and qualified international sources of supply for NCLH's required products and/or services.
• Develop category strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels by identifying opportunity areas such as product standardization and supplier consolidation.
• Oversee all spend activity and purchase requests for category and determine proper action plan for all purchases that meet the Supply Chain involvement threshold.
• Solicit price bids and proposals from qualified registered suppliers.
• Monitor actual usage of contracted service and evaluate usage estimates with department heads.
• Collaborate with Spend Analysis & Reporting Team to implement non-sourcing category projects and opportunities.
