Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Professional to execute category projects and drive savings across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to define specifications, analyze markets, and support supplier selection and contract execution.

The role requires 2–4 years of strategic sourcing experience and strong negotiation and project management skills, with proficiency in Ariba, eRFX, and MS Office suites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of strategic sourcing experience or procurement consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and achieve measurable savings.

Responsabilidades

• Execute strategic sourcing projects for the assigned category across the company.
• Collaborate with customer groups to establish specifications for the category.
• Perform market, benchmark, and spend analyses for category projects.
• Obtain supplier quotes and complete comparative analyses.
• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies.
• Assist in supplier selection and negotiations; monitor performance.
• Establish savings tracking and report realized savings regularly.
• Contribute to contract placement for strategic purchases and large spot buys.
