Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of strategic sourcing experience or procurement consulting.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver quantifiable savings.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing projects for the assigned category to capture savings opportunities.
• Work with customer groups to establish category specifications.
• Perform market, benchmark and spend analyses for projects.
• Obtain supplier quotes and conduct comparative analyses.
• Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Support supplier selection, negotiations and contract placements.
• Establish and report savings tracking and monitor supplier performance.
• Assist across multiple business divisions with vendor relationships.
