Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category mgmt.
• Experience with cruise line or travel retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
• Oversee spend activity and approve purchase requests for the category.
• Solicit bids from qualified suppliers and compare against scope.
• Manage contracted/non-contracted services to meet contractual requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Spend Analysis & Reporting to identify opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams on strategic sourcing projects.
