Trex is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner for our Little Rock decking operation. You will own production scheduling, material procurement, and ERP-driven inventory management to keep manufacturing running smoothly.

You’ll partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to balance service, efficiency, and inventory while driving improvements in lead times and working capital. A Bachelor's in a related field with 4+ years of supply planning experience is required; APICS/CmCS CPIM/CSCP is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years in supply planning, scheduling, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Strong planning, inventory mgmt, and purchasing capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure raw materials and packaging to support production.
• Manage inventory levels with lead times, safety stock, and forecasted demand.
• Coordinate material availability with the production schedule.
• Collaborate with suppliers on forecasts and deliveries.
• Lead Master Production Schedule for Little Rock operations.
• Support new product launches and material changes.
