Job summary

Trex Company in Little Rock is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to coordinate production scheduling, procurement of raw materials and packaging, and ERP transaction accuracy to support safe, uninterrupted manufacturing.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to balance customer service, inventory, and material availability while leading planning activities and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and inventory management capabilities.
• Experience with purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules for Little Rock decking operations.
• Plan and procure raw materials and packaging to support production targets.
• Manage inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and R&D on material changes and launches.
• Monitor and optimize planning processes to improve service and working capital.
