Job summary

UST in Texas is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II for Service Parts & Materials. You will drive planning execution, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to balance demand and supply and support NPI readiness and ECO planning.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Supply Chain or Engineering and 3–7 years in inventory or demand planning, with ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), plus proficiency in Kinaxis RapidResponse, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
3-7 years in inventory, supply, or demand planning.
ERP experience with Oracle/SAP; strong data skills.
Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, SQL.

Responsibilities

Planning Execution: support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and material planning activities.
Scheduling: develop and maintain production, material, and supply schedules.
Analysis & Problem Solving: part shortage analysis and root-cause evaluation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Product, BU, Operations, and Logistics.
Process & System Discipline: ensure data accuracy and adherence to processes.
Learning & Development: grow planning judgment and propose improvements.
