Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a supply chain professional for an onsite role focused on planning, material control, and continuous improvement. You will place orders, drive Lean Materials initiatives, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet production needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field; manufacturing planning experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

Place purchase orders for materials and confirm delivery with suppliers; expedite as needed.
Lead Lean Materials process improvement initiatives.
Drive inventory reduction and cost savings through lean tools and supplier negotiations.
Generate Daily Production Schedule to meet customer on-time delivery.
Coordinate schedules with outside suppliers and internal operations.
Work closely with internal customers to prioritize production schedule and backlog.
Monitor Kanban ordering system and resize to current demand patterns.
Support Customer Service, Product Managers and Engineering as required.
Resolve quality issues with the quality team and suppliers.
Drive FAI processes using lean tools.
