Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or business; minimum 3 years in planning or purchasing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP navigation for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset.
• Team player with collaboration across product managers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply of finished goods from domestic and international vendors with timely POs and transfers.
• Partner with Product Managers to provide end-to-end supply chain management for a vendor portfolio.
• Assess vendor capacity and optimize order cycles to improve on-time delivery.
• Determine replenishment strategies with product managers to reduce lead times and inventory.
• Use demand history to create POs that support inventory targets.
• Develop partnerships with internal customers and align purchasing with inventory strategy.
• Support launches of new products to meet dates and limit stockouts.
• Track POs and in-transit product; communicate delays promptly.
• Coordinate with Product Managers on lifecycle of inventory and turns targets.
• Provide process expertise for daily tactical decisions; maintain master data and vendor info.
• Create ad-hoc ERP reports to manage exceptions.
• Assist PMs in reviewing vendor delivery and quality performance for improvements.
• Be a good team player, respectful, proactive, and open to learning.
