Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor to lead and deliver operational excellence engagements within our Enterprise Performance practice, focusing on supply chain transformation and performance improvement. You will manage client workstreams, conduct analyses, and present executive-ready recommendations to stakeholders.

You will collaborate across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance, mentoring junior team members, and shaping future-state operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and day-to-day execution of supply chain and operations consulting engagements.
• Develop practical, data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Support transformation initiatives by defining future-state processes and roadmaps.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and prepare executive-ready materials.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure quality and objectives.
