Job summary

RSM is seeking a seasoned Consulting Operations leader to drive strategic initiatives, performance analysis, and operational optimization. You will partner with a senior Consulting Leader to turn strategy into actionable plans, oversee major initiatives, and ensure alignment across functions.

Responsibilities include delivering results in a matrix environment, guiding change, and coaching teams to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years' experience working with management level individuals.
5+ years' experience in a professional services firm with CFO exposure.
Experience managing others in a team environment.
Experience navigating a matrix reporting environment.

Responsibilities

Support leadership and ensure smooth functioning of the organization; translate strategic vision into action.
Act as a strategic partner, managing key initiatives and facilitating communication.
Partner with Consulting Leader to develop objectives and agendas for leadership meetings.
Develop and execute growth strategies and provide oversight to strategic imperatives.
Turn financial data into insight and monitor profitability and plan attainment.
Lead initiatives, develop implementation plans and performance measures.
Provide interim hands-on leadership to troubled initiatives as needed.
Provide change management support for internal initiatives.
Facilitate operational effectiveness and align supporting functions with business requirements.
Supervise, coach and provide feedback to team members.
