Job summary

mSupply in the United States seeks a Director, Operations Excellence to lead performance management, transformation and technology adoption across its Operations and Supply Chain network. You will set the operating cadence, KPI framework and governance to translate strategic initiatives into measurable financial results across a multi-site distribution footprint.

The role acts as the value-realization leader, building dashboards and benefits models, partnering with Distribution, Fleet, Sourcing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build models and connect actions to cash flow.
• Experience leading performance management, transformation, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Excel modeling and BI tools experience (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience across multiple sites and complex operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and value realization across Operations and Supply Chain.
• Establish KPI framework, governance, and operating rhythm for the function.
• Drive adoption governance for operational technology deployments (Lantern AI).
• Partner with Distribution, Fleet, Sourcing, IT, Finance to enable decision making.
• Translate initiatives into measurable financial and operational outcomes across a multi-site footprint.
