Job summary

FN America, LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of FN Herstal, is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead procurement and sourcing teams in Columbia, SC.

The role focuses on strategic initiatives, supplier selection, performance, and development, with emphasis on improving material flow and inventory turns. Required are a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in direct material purchasing, plus 2+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting; ERP experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, economic, financial, or business discipline preferred.
• Minimum five years of direct material purchasing experience, including two years in sourcing or commodity management.
• Experience leading a supply chain team in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains supply chain KPIs that support business objectives.
• Leads strategic sourcing activities and provides guidance to value stream buyers.
• Oversees supplier selection, performance, and development.
• Drives material planning to maintain inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Coaches team to use root-cause analysis for systemic issues in material flow.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to meet monthly delivery and financial targets.
