Job summary

FN America, LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of FN Herstal, is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of materials, ensuring accurate tracking in the ERP system and efficient storage and movement.

You will partner with purchasing, production planning, and finance to set parameters, manage cycle counts, lead annual physical inventories, and drive continuous improvements using lean tools. This role requires a bachelor’s in supply chain or related field and at least five years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in inventory management/control and at least one year in material planning.
• Experience participating in Kaizen activities preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of materials, including planning, movement, storage, and accuracy.
• Set material parameters such as minimum quantities, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production planning to ensure timely material delivery.
• Lead annual physical inventories and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes.
