FN America, LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of FN Herstal, is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead procurement and sourcing teams in Columbia, SC.
The role focuses on strategic initiatives, supplier selection, performance, and development, with emphasis on improving material flow and inventory turns. Required are a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in direct material purchasing, plus 2+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting; ERP experience is highly preferred.

The Manager, Supply Chain provides technical leadership to the procurement and sourcing teams. This role serves as the direct leader for strategic sourcing activities while providing technical guidance and coaching to value stream buyers. The Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading team deployment on strategic initiatives, as well as overseeing supplier selection, performance, and development.
A bachelor's degree is required. Degree in technical, economic, financial, or business discipline preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) required. RFQ database experience is preferred.
APICS or CPSM certifications preferred.
Typical manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises and dangerous chemicals and machinery. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds unassisted. All FN America employees have a responsibility to participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
