Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing sourcing, cost estimation, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cost estimating software; PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; negotiate terms and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product development (NPD) with sourcing alignment; assist with project management as needed.
