Job summary

FN America, LLC is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of materials, including planning, storage, movement, and accurate traceability within the ERP system. You will drive inventory performance and strive for world-class accuracy.

You will work with purchasing, production planning, and finance to optimize material flow, parameter settings, and annual physical counts, while ensuring safety and lean practices across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or equivalent required.
• A minimum of five years of inventory management/control experience and at least one year of material planning experience required.
• Kaizen experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics, including turns, days of inventory, and accuracy.
• Manage movement and storage processes and standards for all inventoried materials.
• Set material parameters including minimums, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production planning to ensure timely material flow.
• Lead annual physical inventory counting processes.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
• Use lean tools to improve material management processes.
• Lead inventory specialist team to build strong processes.
