Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Preferred experience in firearm industry or military.
• Ability to research required information to resolve consumer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues using Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Process customer interactions and orders in ERP, including invoicing and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure firearm documentation is complete and maintained.
• Deliver technical training on products and processes to FN America employees and partners.
