Job summary

FN America, LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of FN Herstal, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Columbia, SC. This temporary role provides administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience across departments.

The position involves coordinating requests, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communication, with duties including processing firearms, shipping, inventory, and compliance forms. High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process firearms received into the Service Center and prepare completed firearms for return to customers, including packaging orders, shipping documentation, labels, and coordinating shipment.
• Process Service Center inventory transactions for parts, firearms, and accessories.
• Maximize use of Service Center software and ERP systems to maintain accounts and service records.
• Assist Compliance team with collecting and recording FFL and NFA forms.
• Maintain cycle counts of Service Center inventory.
• Recommend and implement improvements in products, packaging, shipping and service.
• Process quoted repairs and manage payment links, coordinating with gunsmiths for completion.
• Maintain shipping and tracking data of customer firearms.
• Coordinate customer service requests and ensure timely handling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation per company policies.
• Follow procedures for documenting orders and services; ensure data is recorded and tracked.
