Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for electronics manufacturing operations in Frederick, MD. You will oversee inventory and purchasing, determine supply needs, and supervise receiving across multiple sites, ensuring on-time production and cost efficiency.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with program managers on planning and forecasting to meet shipments and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in electronics manufacturing is required.
• Strong supervisory and people-management skills.
• Extensive experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Lead a team of Buyers and related staff and coach for performance against goals.
• Develop metrics and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships to ensure price and delivery targets.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting to meet shipments.
