Management Performance Associates seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Maryland to lead inventory, purchasing, and materials management across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure timely production through effective planning and control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing, with strong Excel/Access skills and proven cost-saving initiatives. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in contract manufacturing or electronics.
• Prior supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory, logistics, MRP, supply chains, negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Buyers, Engineering Production Services, and Proposal staff.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production.
• Drive inventory turns and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with program managers on planning and forecasting.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor price and delivery metrics.
