RRC Solutions Group in Frederick, MD seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing procedures, and collaboration across manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes leadership of purchasing, materials management, and configuration management, driving supplier relations and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in electronics manufacturing, with strong Excel and Access skills, and proven supervisory capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience in contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirements planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Supervise and coach Buyers, Engineering Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Develop team with goals/metrics and track progress; emphasize professional development.
• Drive for increased inventory turns and supplier collaboration across sites.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
