• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience in contract manufacturing.
• Must have supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production and minimize on-hand stock.
• Oversee purchasing procedures, supplier selection and collaboration across sites.
• Supervise Buyers, Engineering Production Services and related roles.
• Develop metrics and track progress for continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier negotiations and monitor quality, price and delivery.
• Interface with program managers for planning and forecasting customer orders.
• Ensure standard practices and procedures are followed in materials and department functions.
