Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory and purchasing procedures across multiple manufacturing sites. You will determine supply needs, supervise receiving, and ensure collaboration among procurement, materials management, and configuration management teams.

The role requires supervising staff, driving inventory turns, and leveraging data to guide decisions. Strong MS Excel/Access skills and experience in electronics manufacturing are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Supervisory experience required & strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Buyers, Engineering Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Drive for increased inventory turns and optimize supplier performance.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting of customer orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage data/metrics to drive continuous improvement.
