ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURER seeks a Supply Chain Manager to optimize inventory, purchasing, and receiving procedures across multiple manufacturing sites. You will supervise a team focused on purchasing, materials management, and configuration management, ensuring efficient supply chains and collaboration across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, forecasting, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on improving throughput, reducing waste, and maintaining production schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry.
• Must have prior supervisory experience with strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory and purchasing procedures across multiple sites.
• Determine supply needs and supervise receiving procedures.
• Lead a team including Buyers and related staff; drive metrics and professional development.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand stock.
• Develop supplier relationships and lead negotiations for quality, price, and delivery.
• Provide data/metrics to leadership to support decisions and continuous improvement.
