Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing and supplier relations across multiple sites. You will supervise teams in purchasing, materials management and configuration management, ensuring on-time production and optimal costs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing, with strong Excel/Access skills and leadership abilities to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in contract manufacturing or electronics.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating suppliers, procurement and inventory.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and purchasing procedures across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with staff in purchasing, materials management and configuration management.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and delivery metrics.
• Maintain on-hand inventory levels to support on-time production.
• Provide data/metrics to drive continuous improvement and decisions.
