Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory, purchasing, and coordination across multiple sites. You will supervise a team focused on purchasing, materials management, and configuration management.

Responsibilities include maintaining on-hand inventories, supplier negotiations, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with program managers to align forecasts with shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in contract manufacturing; electronics experience a plus.
• Proven supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team including Buyers, Engineering Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Develop team goals/metrics and track progress with emphasis on development.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Drive for increased inventory turns and efficiency.
• Explore new suppliers and processes to improve quality, price, continuity, and delivery.
• Provide data/metrics to leadership to drive improvement and decisions.
• Stay current on industry trends and flag potential issues.
• Manage GIDEP program and supplier relationships; lead negotiations.
• Modify shipping/receiving/inventory control processes to reduce waste.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting to meet shipments.
• Ensure adherence to standard practices for materials and department functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
