Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory and purchasing, determine supply needs, and supervise receiving procedures across multiple manufacturing sites. This role requires managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and driving improvements in inventory turns and on-time delivery.

A Bachelor's degree with at least five years in contract manufacturing is preferred. Strong Excel/Access skills and excellent communication are essential; experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience with strong people management skills.
• Experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team including Buyers, Engineering Production Services, Quoting Specialist and Proposal Administrator.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Interface with Program Managers on planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and track quality, price and delivery metrics.
• Modify processes for shipping, receiving, transport, and inventory control to reduce waste and increase throughput.
