• Oversee supplier selection and relationships, negotiate terms and costs, and manage inventory targets.
• Develop forecasting models, monitor material flow, and support ERP/MRP processes.
• Lead and coach Purchasing Agents and a Buyer, and coordinate with sales/production teams.
