Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Moselle, MS seeks a Shipping Clerk to support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily transportation tasks for the Moselle facility. The role involves organizing shipping orders, routing shipments, scheduling carriers, and entering shipping data into the system.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years shipping experience, knowledge of shipping regulations, and proficiency in Excel and Access. Strong organization and communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Two years shipping experience.
Knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements & regulations.
Must be computer literate, preferably experienced in Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily transportation support for Moselle facility.
Organize and process shipping orders, route shipments, schedule carriers, and enter shipping information.
Maintain documentation for shipments (proforma/invoices/origin certificates/NAFTA).
Schedule pick-ups and obtain freight quotes.
Enter billing information for freight charges and maintain records.
