You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop sourcing strategies, and mentor procurement professionals while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain roles with end-to-end experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
• Experience in material planning and stocking profiles to deliver exceptional customer service levels while managing costs and inventory.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Experience with digital procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for OTD and service levels to provide world class customer service.
• Oversee planning with accurate stock positions and inventory levels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with goals and trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams to select strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms to drive cost savings and mitigate risks.
• Build relationships with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive supplier performance with KPIs and scorecards.
