Job summary

Eaton GEIS division seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control at the Reno, NV facility. Relocation assistance is provided. You will own the Production Plan from the S&OP process and drive on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and cost outcomes.

Join a senior-management team to advance initiatives across local, division and corporate objectives. Extensive collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is required to sustain performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing supply chain management.
• 2+ years of planning experience.
• 2+ years of people management or 7+ years of planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage planning, scheduling, procurement and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost-out programs.
• Lead Production Plan from S&OP process and align with sales forecast.
• Analyze ERP data and prepare managerial reports to guide actions for optimal SCM execution.
• Maintain correct planning parameters and transaction discipline in SAP order generation and inventory balances.
