Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Los Angeles, CA site. You will lead materials planning, scheduling, and purchasing, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing inventory. You will train reports in supply chain tools and drive improvements in planning parameters and execution systems.

You will oversee a team in a manufacturing environment, manage cost and schedule impacts of engineering changes, and coordinate with central SCM to share best practices. relocation available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing and/or operations environment.
• Minimum four (4) years' supervisory/managerial experience.
• This role requires export-controlled information access and U.S. person status as defined by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to meet customer requirements.
• Implements economical material movement and inventory controls.
• Manages plant purchasing for local items to complement central purchases.
• Prepares consolidated managerial reports to optimize supply chain execution.
• Ensures proper planning parameters and transaction discipline in order execution systems (e.g., MFGPro).
• Leads process improvements and standard work across the plant.
