Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Supply Chain FP&A team in Sharonville, Ohio. You will analyze financial and operational data, build models for budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, and Corporate Finance to drive cost management, KPI dashboards, and capital planning while presenting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; ERP systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead budgeting activities and perform monthly variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and executive-level presentations.
• Analyze manufacturing site performance, raw material costs, and operational spending.
• Partner with Procurement to evaluate supplier financial performance.
• Collaborate with BI teams to develop dashboards that integrate KPIs.
• Coordinate and prioritize CAPEX requests.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
