Jobot is seeking a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our remote team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on financial planning, variance analysis, and forecasting, supporting decision-making at the executive level.

The position is based in Windy Hills, KY, with remote work flexibility. You will leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to produce monthly reports, long-range forecasts, and insightful dashboards while collaborating with the accounting team.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of FP&A or similar role experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL management.
• Experience with P&L, balance sheets and income statements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience in data mining and financial analysis.
• Ability to create long-range financial forecasts.
• Experience in monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis to support decisions.
• Leverage advanced Excel to build complex financial models.
• Use data mining to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, ad hoc reports, and long-range forecasts.
• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize PowerBI to create insightful dashboards and visualizations.
• Manage ERP data integrity and system inputs.
