Jobot is hiring a Senior Analyst – Operations & Procurement to support procurement strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization for a growing 3PL. You will analyze transportation and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years in operations and procurement with inventory and 3PL focus.
• Desirable CPP/CSCP/CPSM/CPIM or similar certifications.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL and WMS proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize cost and meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies for compliance.
• Analyze procurement and operations data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and SQL to generate reports and insights.
• Utilize WMS to manage warehouse operations and flow of goods.
