Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Fremont, OH, to support manufacturing operations with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to build models and dashboards that drive profitability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in FP&A and manufacturing finance preferred.
Excellent Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, operating metrics, and manufacturing performance.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to understand cost drivers.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and variances.
Provide variance analysis and explain actual results versus budget.
Build financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
Improve reporting processes and assist with month-end close.
