Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be the pricing and commercial finance partner to the Sales organization, delivering decision-ready financial data on profitability and deal economics. You will craft models that assess pricing, contract structures, and revenue initiatives, and present recommendations to executives.

This role sits at the table with Sales and leadership, influencing pricing governance and strategy with direct access to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with pricing or sales finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to finance partner for Sales, delivering pricing and profitability insights.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing, contracts, and revenue initiatives.
• Own pricing analysis end to end including price adjustments and deal profitability.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to align pricing with objectives.
